TABASHEER is a beautiful, white-washed chamoisee, she is an eighth-freshening ten year-old in 2020 and another, incredible FORTUNE daughter. She showed well as a kid, usually right behind CHRYSOCOLLA and was a Reserve All-American winner. As a senior yearling, she had a great amount of bone and was always one of the largest does in her class.
Her first freshening didn't disappoint, her mammary has great shape and an impressive rear udder with a rear udder arch score of 35. She also has one of the widest rumps in the herd (36). She saw the most show ring action in 2012 of all our does, and was a regular bridesmaid but did earn her first championship win at the Lelia Berry Memorial.
In 2013 as a second freshener, she finished her championship at the first show of the season and was GCH/BOB/BU at the District VII Alpine Specialty Show under Jennifer Bice. She also moved-up six places at the ADGA National Show and was part of our 2nd place Trio & Dairy Herd groups. Over time I feel that structurally she will mature-out as our most correct doe in this age class & that's saying a lot when considering WINTER and CHRYSTINA are in the mix. It's also evident from her appraisal scores of Excellent in EVERY structural trait, except rear legs (V)...and yes, even excellent feet!
Her production is excellent considering she freshened with singles in 2013, 2014 & 2015...thrilled to finally have daughters and multiple kids born in 2016. That additional production from the multiple birth has resulted in her highest dairiness score and an impressive Grand Champion win at the Washington State Fair her only time shown that season. Sadly she didn't settle in 2017 and had the year off. In 2018 she was uneven so only shown at the last two fairs of the season, and still winning her class at the Washington State Fair. At age 9, she kidded with triplet does & the most milk of her career...and..even! She looked great once again at the National Show placing 3rd with 2nd udder and won the 7 & older class at the Washington State Fair.
She will be 11 years-old in 2021, and while she has excellent body condition now and had healthy. twins in 2020, next year probably will be the last year that I breed her. If you've ever considered a buck from her, now would be the time to ensure you get one.
Breeding Plans for 2021 Kids:
Natural Breeding: *B Tempo Aquila MasterCraftsman DNA
Preordered Kids: $1,250 does, $1,000 bucks...first doe will be retained
