CHESSY is another one of my friends with a great personality and a partial pink nose for extra character. A triplet littermate to my first Spotlight Sale doe CYPRINE, she is a repeat breeding of our impressive GCH CINNABAR and 3/4 full sister to my triplet SAMURAI daughters.
She freshened with a fantastic mammary as a yearling and had an exciting Reserve Championship win at her first senior doe show! She was 8th at the Des Moines National Show and Reserve All-American to cap off a great year. As a two year-old, she freshened with quads (my first ever) and it really took a lot out of her. Her production soared to over 16# which was a little too much for her to be show ready at the beginning of the season. She did go to one triple & one double ring show late in the summer but her herdmates stole the limelight from her. Reserve Champion with Reserve Best Udder at the Southwest Washington Fair showed that her winning days are far from over. I look forward to bringing her out in 2005.
